Frequently asked questions
The sooner you order for your event/occasion, the better. We have limited availability and weekends/holiday’s book quickly.
Our availability is limited and varies week to week. Please inquire to see if the order date you’re looking for is available.
While we do not allow selection of items, we do ask that you let us know if there are items you DO NOT want in your order. We will do our best to customize orders which may require an up charge.
We operate in Winter Park FL. We do not have a storefront at this time. Before your order date you will be given the address of your pickup location.
Delivery availability depends on the day/location. Delivery is free up to 5 miles (when available). Deliveries outside of that mileage range will be subject to a delivery fee. Please keep in mind that someone MUST be home to receive a delivery order. Orders cannot be left on a doorstep.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary preferences (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.).
If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. Orders canceled within less than 5 days cannot be refunded.
Please refrigerate your charcuterie board upon receiving it. Charcuterie boards are best served at ROOM TEMPERATURE so in order to experience the full flavor of your cheeses and meats, take your order out of the refrigerator a half hour or so before serving.
Your order is safe for consumption for up to 4 hours at room temperature. After this time, perishable items should be discarded.
