Welcome to Quesos with Love. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Order Placement: Orders can be made through our website with a scheduled date and time for pickup or delivery.

2. Pickup and Delivery:

   • Pickup: Free of charge, available in Winter Park, Orlando.

   • Delivery: Available within the Orlando area for an extra fee, calculated at checkout. We do not deliver outside of Orlando.

3. Events and Corporate Orders: For events and corporate orders, please contact us directly for quotes and availability.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Orders cancelled 5 days prior to delivery will receive a full credit towards a future order.

   • Orders cancelled less than 5 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order.

   • Orders cancelled 4 days or less prior to delivery are not eligible for a refund.

5. No-show Policy: Orders not picked up on the scheduled day will be automatically cancelled.
